Title: Chocolate Chip Raisin Rewards

1/2	c	Butter
1/2	c	Brown sugar
1		Egg
2	tb	Milk
1	ts	Vanilla
1	c	Flour
1/2	ts	Baking powder
1/4	ts	Baking soda
1/2	c	Raisins
1/2	c	Chocolate chips

Cream butter in bowl; gradually add sugar. Beat in egg, milk and vanilla.

In separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder and baking soda; gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in raisins and chocolate chips. Spread in greased 8 x 8" pan. Bake 25 - 35 minutes at 350F.
